Camp Byng is a Scouts Canada owned property managed and maintained by a Scouts Canada employee(s) and volunteers apart of the Camp Committee. The day to day operations of the camp are undertaken by an on-site Camp Ranger, while the volunteers carry out with maintenance and development projects.

The Camp Byng Committee is a group of Scouts Canada Volunteers which are responsible for long term planning and oversight of Camp, these hardworking volunteers look after budgeting, fundraising, and the development of Camp Byng.
